    Forget the fake hotel feel and the "apartments" where you can hear your neighbor through the wall. The "Średni Domek" at Gawlaki is 80 metres of your private space. The house stands on a slope between two viewpoints – you have the Tatra Mountains within arm's reach, not just on a postcard.

Location:

    High, quiet, strategic - We are 2.4 km from the entrance to the Tatra National Park. This place is known to locals – away from smog and the chaos of Krupówki, but with quick access to the trails. You have a large, fenced plot just for yourself. Your children play safely on the playground, and you look at the mountains from a 20-metre terrace.

Interior:

    Luxury that makes sense - This is not a museum piece; it's a modern house with a mountain soul, where comfort is the priority:

• Heart of the house: A living room with a real fireplace. This is where you'll spend evenings by the fire, on a comfortable corner sofa, while snow falls outside. Underfloor heating will make sure you always feel warmth under your feet.

• Sleep: Three bedrooms on the upper floor (two doubles, one triple with a mezzanine). You'll sleep in a silence you won't find in the city.

• SPA: Two bathrooms – no more morning queues. A quick shower downstairs, upstairs a bathtub in which you can regenerate your muscles after a full day on the trail.

• Kitchen: You cook because you want to, not because you have to. Fully equipped: induction hob, oven, dishwasher (no time for washing up!) and an automatic coffee machine – because a morning without good coffee on the terrace doesn't count.

Grounds:

Bonfire under the stars - The evening is your choice: a grill on the terrace with a panoramic mountain view or a bonfire in a designated spot in the garden. Silence, space and mountains.

For families and groups (up to 7–9 people) looking for independence. Pets welcome (the area is fenced!).
