Everything you should know about the trip to Budapest organized by Janosik Travel!

One day, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, and above all, one proven route during which you will be accompanied by an experienced guide - this is the trip you will take with our agency from Zakopane to Budapest! We meet early in the morning at a previously designated place in Zakopane to set off on a journey to our Hungarian neighbors. The trip to Budapest will be a day full of experiences, during which we will visit such points on the city map as:

• Heroes' Square - a symbol of the history of Hungary, built in the 18th century;
• Vajdahunyad Castle - a somewhat older building characterized by great architectural diversity;
• Gellért Hill - a viewpoint named in honor of the martyr St. Gellért;
• Castle Hill - the former residence of Hungarian rulers with the Royal Palace and St. Matthias Church;
• St. Stephen's Cathedral - built in honor of its patron, St. Stephen, who was the first king of Hungary;
• Parliament - one of the largest in the world, which guards, among others, the Hungarian crown jewels.

That's not all! The trip from Zakopane to Budapest will end with a charming cruise on the Danube, during which you will have the opportunity to see the city in all its glory!

What to remember before the trip to Budapest with Janosik Travel?

The one-day trip to Budapest from Zakopane is organized for both adults and school youth, students, and retirees. We will reach the destination in an extremely comfortable and safe coach equipped with the necessary insurance. The 1-day trip, during which you will see Budapest, starts at 4:00 AM in Zakopane and ends around midnight on the same day. Please make sure before booking that you have a valid passport or ID card and funds set aside for additional paid attractions on-site - a cruise on the Danube, a visit to the Basilica, and lunch. In the case of an insufficient number of participants who made a reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the trip no later than 24 hours before its commencement.

Departure from Zakopane, ul. Kościuszki 19a at 4:00 AM.
Return to Zakopane around 12:00 AM.

ITINERARY:

• 4:00 AM departure from Zakopane;
• Arrival in Budapest around 10:00 AM;
• Guided tour: Heroes' Square, Vajdahunyad Castle, drive along Andrássy Avenue, Gellért Hill, Castle Hill (Royal Palace, Matthias Church), St. Stephen's Basilica;
• Boat cruise on the Danube (about 60 minutes);
• Estimated return to Zakopane around midnight.

  • The organizer is not responsible for changes in entrance fees during the season.
  • The order of visits may change.
  • Cancellation of the event due to an insufficient number of participants can occur no later than 1 day before the start of the event by 6:00 PM.
