HIGHLANDER HOUSE
Ground floor
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a large table for 10 people, a leather sofa, and a 50-inch TV (Cyfra+). There is direct access from the living room to a 50 m² terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the Tatra panorama. On the terrace, there are a table, chairs, and deck chairs.
Level -1
On level -1, there is a table tennis table and a spacious play area where the youngest can enjoy their time actively and pleasantly.
First floor
The first floor houses three bedrooms and two bathrooms:
– first bedroom: 160×200 bed and two 90×200 beds
– second bedroom: two 140×200 beds
– third bedroom: 160×200 bed and a fold-out armchair 90×200
– bathroom with a large shower cabin and toilet
– separate toilet
Attic
The attic features a spacious 60 m² bedroom with a large double bed 160×200 and a beautiful view of the Tatras.
Outdoor area
On the property, there is a hut with a place for a bonfire or grill, as well as a playground for the youngest.
HUT
Our Highland Cottage is equipped with:
- a cozy lounge with a heating stove, featuring a table for 4 people, seating, and a TV with access to digital television (Cyfra+)
- a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, 2-burner hotplate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and a complete set of necessary tableware
- on the kitchen and living room level, there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms:
- the first bedroom with one bed 160×200
- the second bedroom with one bed 160×200
You can relax and enjoy the beautiful views using the terrace furniture or the gazebo located next to the cottage. There is also a grill by the house. The property also has a playground that will provide entertainment for the youngest guests.
MEDIUM HOUSE
Modern, 2-level cottage on a mountainside, between two viewpoints overlooking the Tatras. About 2.4 km from the border of the Tatra National Park.
The cottage has 80 m2 of usable area situated on a large, independent, and fenced plot. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven with microwave function, large fridge with freezer, automatic coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, dishes, cutlery. The kitchen is connected to the living room. In the living room, there is digital TV, a table with chairs, and a comfortable corner sofa with a sleeping function. A fireplace that makes winter evenings more enjoyable. The whole house has underfloor heating. Upstairs – two double bedrooms, and one triple with a mezzanine, a bathroom with a bathtub. The house has a 20-meter terrace with a mountain view, a bonfire area, and a grill. For the youngest, a playground and a large area to spend time without leaving the property.

Choosing our highlander cottages means you can wake up every morning admiring the majestic peaks of the Tatras and in the evenings watch the sun set behind the ridges, painting the sky with extraordinary colors. The proximity of hiking trails and ski slopes makes the cottages an excellent base for lovers of active leisure.

Depending on the chosen cottage, we offer from one to several bedrooms at your disposal. We have bedrooms with double beds, ideal for couples, rooms with single beds suitable for children or friends, as well as options with additional sleeping places, such as comfortable fold-out sofas in the living rooms. Some cottages have two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, the other with a shower, which is a convenient solution for larger groups. Each cottage includes a kitchenette or a private kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The room layout favors both shared moments and the possibility to retreat to private space.

Who do we recommend our cottages for?
The variety of our offer allows you to find the right space for almost anyone looking for accommodation in Zakopane. If you are planning a stay for a smaller group, such as a couple or a family of 2+2, a suitable option might be our wooden cottages of about 44 m². Although cozier, they are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and offer a cozy atmosphere. For larger families or groups of friends who need more space, we have cottages of 100 m², intended for up to 6 people, with several bedrooms and bathrooms, providing freedom and privacy for all residents.
We also have a traditional highlander cottage that can accommodate 6 people, located closer to the center, just 450 m from Krupówki, but still offering a highlander atmosphere. However, our most spacious offer is the alpine house for exclusive use, with an area of 140 m², created for those who value absolute privacy and ample space. With many bedrooms, bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a private garden, it is a solution for larger groups or those seeking top-level comfort.
